Are your shirts replicas?

No. Our shirts are not replicas. They are original, unbranded designs inspired by football history, culture and memory. We do not copy official kits, and we do not use club crests, federation badges, sponsor logos or protected trademarks.

No. The Timeless Shirt Archive is an independent brand. Our shirts are not official club, federation, tournament or national team merchandise. Each piece is designed as an original interpretation rather than an official reproduction.

What does “archive-inspired” mean?

Archive-inspired means we draw from the spirit of football’s great eras: the colours, silhouettes, textures, moods, stories and cultural moments that shaped the game. We use those references to create something new, not to replicate an existing shirt.

Are the shirts good quality?

Yes. Our shirts are designed as premium lifestyle pieces, with close attention to fabric, fit, finishing, product detail and presentation. They are made to be worn casually, collected, gifted and kept.

How do the shirts fit?

Our shirts are designed with a contemporary relaxed fit, suitable for everyday wear. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering, especially if you are between sizes.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, subject to our returns policy. Items must usually be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with packaging intact. Full details are available in our Returns Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at present. We plan to do so in the future but for now we only ship to addresses within the UAE.

Are the shirts suitable as gifts?

What is The Timeless Shirt Archive?

The Timeless Shirt Archive is a premium football-inspired clothing brand based and conceived in the UAE. We create original, unbranded shirts inspired by the game’s great eras, stories, colours and cultural moments.

Our aim is to celebrate football history through design, not to reproduce official kits.

What makes your shirts different from replica shirts?

Replica shirts usually reproduce official club or national team kits. Our shirts do not.

Our designs are original pieces inspired by football culture and memory. They do not use official crests, badges, sponsors, federation marks, club trademarks or official kit branding.

Are your shirts counterfeit or fake kits?

No. We do not sell counterfeit, fake or imitation kits. Our shirts are independent, original designs created under The Timeless Shirt Archive brand.

They are football-inspired, not football replicas.

Do your shirts use club badges, sponsor logos or national federation crests?

No. Our shirts are deliberately unbranded in that sense. We do not use club crests, national federation badges, sponsor logos, tournament logos or protected trademarks.

Are the designs based on real football shirts?

Why do some shirts feel familiar?

Football has a powerful visual language: colours, collars, patterns, trims and silhouettes can evoke a particular time or place. Some of our shirts may feel familiar because they are designed to capture that atmosphere. They are not intended to be direct copies.

What does “unbranded” mean?

Unbranded means our shirts do not carry official football club, national team, sponsor or federation branding. They are designed under our own brand identity, with their own naming, storytelling and product details.

Are you connected to any football clubs, national teams or federations?

No. The Timeless Shirt Archive is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or officially connected to any club, national team, federation, tournament organiser or sponsor.

Why do you use editorial stories for each shirt?

Each shirt is connected to a piece of football history, culture or mythology. The stories help explain the inspiration behind the design and give the product more depth. They are part of the brand world, not claims of official association.

Are the stories fictional?

No. The stories are inspired by real football history and cultural context. They are written in an editorial style to help customers understand the atmosphere behind each design. They are not intended to suggest official licensing, endorsement or affiliation.

Quality, Fit & Care

What materials are the shirts made from?

Each product page includes fabric details for that specific shirt. Our focus is on comfortable, durable materials suitable for regular wear, warm climates and premium casual styling. Find out more here.

Are the shirts designed for playing football?

They are primarily designed as lifestyle shirts, not technical performance kits. They can be worn casually, on holiday, to watch football, to social events or as part of a relaxed wardrobe. Feel free to run around and get sweaty in them though: they are breathable, ultra-lightweight and quick drying.

Are the shirts suitable for the UAE's climate?

Yes. The collection is designed with warm-weather wear in mind. The shirts are intended to feel comfortable, breathable and easy to wear in the UAE and similar climates.

How should I choose my size?

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you prefer a neater look, choose your usual size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit. For a sharper look, choose the smaller size, but check the measurements carefully first.

Will the shirts shrink?

To help preserve the fit, fabric and colour, follow the care instructions on the product label. As with most garments, washing at lower temperatures and avoiding tumble drying will help maintain the shirt’s shape.

How should I wash my shirt?

We recommend washing inside out at a low temperature with similar colours. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and tumble drying. Iron on a low setting if needed.

Can I iron the shirt?

Yes, but use a low temperature and iron inside out where possible.

Are the shirts limited edition?

Our collections are produced in limited quantities. Some designs may be restocked, but this is not guaranteed. If a shirt is important to you we recommend purchasing while your size is available.

Will sold-out designs come back?

Possibly, but not always. Some pieces may return in future runs, while others may remain limited to their original release. Availability depends on demand, production planning and the direction of future collections.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Where are you based?

The Timeless Shirt Archive is based in the United Arab Emirates.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all destinations in the UAE. However, we do not currently ship internationally, although we have plans to do so in the future. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timings depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation where available. The vast majority of deliveries will be made within 2 business days, however if you are shipping within the emirate of Dubai we offer a fast delivery option (Bullet Shipping) within 4 hours if your order is placed before 4pm local time.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard UAE delivery is currently free on all orders. Bullet Shipping within Dubai is available for AED 25 per order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. Any available free shipping thresholds or promotional shipping offers will also be shown clearly. Shipping costs are constantly under review and are subject to change in future depending on multiple economic factors.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp from our fulfilment partners. You will be asked to validate your shipping address for faster delivery.

Do international customers need to pay customs duties or taxes?

We do not currently ship internationally although we do have plans to do so in the future. Future international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges depending on the destination country. These are usually set by the local authorities and will be payable by the customer.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing contact@thetimelessshirtarchive.ae and quoting your order number. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible unfortunately and returns will need to follow our normal process.

What is your returns policy?

We accept eligible returns in line with our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with original packaging intact (excluding the tissue wrapping paper and sealing sticker).

Can I exchange for another size?

Where stock is available, size exchanges of the same product will be possible. If your preferred size is unavailable or you want to exchange for an alternative product, we may offer a refund or store credit in line with our policy.

What items cannot be returned?

Items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, marked, or returned without original packaging (excluding the tissue wrapping paper and sealing sticker). Final sale or promotional items may also be excluded where stated.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. The actual time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our website.

Yes. They are especially well suited to football fans who appreciate history, design, culture and something more distinctive than standard sports merchandise.

Do I need to know someone’s favourite club or team?

Not necessarily. Because our shirts are unbranded and archive-inspired, they can appeal to people who love football culture more broadly. If you are unsure, choose a design connected to a country, era or story you know they already admire or perhaps introduce them to something new.

Do the shirts come with special packaging?

Every order is prepared with care and presented in line with our brand standards. Each shirt is wrapped in tissue paper and placed within a zip-sealed polybag. Our shirts are also accompanied by cardboard message cards providing you with additional information about the specific shirt and The Timeless Shirt Archive more broadly. Finally, all of this is shipped to you inside a branded mailer box with our courier's packaging enclosing everything securely.

Can I include a gift message?

If gift messaging is available, the option will appear at checkout. If you have a specific request, contact us at contact@thetimelessshirtarchive.ae before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

What should I expect when I receive my order?

You should expect a carefully packed product, clear presentation and a shirt that feels considered rather than mass-market. Each piece is designed to carry the spirit of the story behind it.
