Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
We also aim to make all returns as simple and seamless as possible.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return, refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging (excluding the tissue wrapping paper & sealing sticker)
A valid proof of purchase will also be required.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, simply click on the Returns & Exchanges link in the footer, or click here.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label
- Clear instructions on how to return your item
Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted at present.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (different style or size)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
