Returns & Exchanges FAQ
We aim to make returns as simple and seamless as possible.
If you have any questions, our team is always here to help.
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging (excluding tissue wrapping paper & sealing sticker)
A valid proof of purchase will also be required.
2. How do I start a return?
Simply click on the Returns & Exchanges link in the footer - or click here.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label
- Clear instructions on how to return your item
Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted at present.
3. Do I need to contact you before returning an item?
Yes — all returns must be approved before being sent back.
This ensures your return is processed quickly and correctly.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do — subject to availability.
To exchange the same product but in an alternative size, please refer to Q2 above.
To exchange for a different product, we recommend:
- Requesting a return (refer to Q2 above)
- Placing a new order for your preferred item (store credit is an option as part of the return process)
This ensures you don’t miss out on limited stock.
5. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment
6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We’ll resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
7. Are return shipping costs covered?
Yes, in most cases.
Return shipping details will be provided to you once your return is approved (refer to Q2 above).
8. Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return.
9. Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
10. When will I know my return has been approved?
We’ll notify you once your return has been:
- Received
- Inspected
- Approved or Declined
11. What if I haven’t received my refund?
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
12. Can I return an item if I’ve worn it?
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. The packaging must also be returned in original condition — as mentioned previously, this excludes the tissue wrapping paper and sealing sticker.
We recommend trying garments on carefully upon receipt to enable a seamless return if necessary.
