Shipping policy

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard UAE Shipping: 1-2 business days — FREE on all orders
    • orders placed before 11am will usually arrive on the same day
    • orders placed before 6pm will usually arrive next day
    • note that shipping can be a few days longer to remote delivery areas
  • Bullet Shipping: within 4 hours — 25 AED per order
    • note that this option is only applicable for deliveries within the emirate of Dubai

 

Where We Ship 

We ship to all areas of the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside of the country at present, however we intend to offer this option in the future.

 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the courier, Swftbox. Click here to navigate to their order tracking page.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders 

If your order hasn't arrived within 2 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@thetimelessshirtarchive.ae and we will investigate with our courier/fulfilment provider.
